About Meaghan Tardecilla

Meaghan joined Snukal Law Office in February 2020 after obtaining her Legal Assistant diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). She plays a crucial role in ensuring that the daily operations of the firm are completed efficiently and meet our high standards.

In addition to her responsibilities at the firm, Meaghan serves as the Project Manager for Franny's Fund. In this role, she oversees fundraising initiatives and coordinates community outreach programs that support the fund's mission. Franny’s Fund was established to address urgent needs such as counseling and legal fees for children, youth, and their families navigating the criminal justice system.

Throughout her time at Snukal Law Office, Meaghan has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and has been instrumental in maintaining our high standards of operation.

Meaghan is actively pursuing her Bachelor of Professional Arts degree with a major in Criminal Justice at Athabasca University, aiming to complete her studies by 2026. She aspires to attend law school in the near future.

In her free time, Meaghan loves to travel, explore new places, and try exciting activities. She has a passion for discovering different cultures and cuisines, and her travels have taken her to many fascinating destinations. The most thrilling experience she has had so far is free diving in a cenote in Riviera Maya, where she explored the stunning underwater caves and marveled at the natural beauty.

When she's not traveling, Meaghan loves spending quality time with her loved ones, including her cat, Rory. She is an avid reader and enjoys working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle while juggling work and personal commitments.

The Canadian criminal justice system can be confusing and overwhelming for individuals involved with it. Meaghan consistently applies her knowledge gained from practical experience to find the best solutions for each client's situation, ensuring they feel supported and well-informed throughout the process. However, please note that Meaghan cannot provide legal advice as she is not a lawyer. Any legal questions you have will be redirected to the supervising lawyer.
